Free Shipping: We're pleased to offer free delivery on orders of $250 or more to all the above states and territories, excluding Western Australia. For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Western Australia: We happily deliver to Western Australia; however, due to higher freight costs, shipping charges apply to all orders, regardless of purchase value. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Northern Territory: While we don't currently offer standard online shipping to the Northern Territory, we'd still love to help. If you're located there and would like to place an order, please contact us, and we'll be happy to arrange a custom shipping quote.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Partners & Process

We work with a range of trusted third-party couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely. Many of our rugs are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses to help make the delivery process as efficient as possible.

Couriers will deliver your order to your front entrance, doorstep, mailbox or ground-floor access point. Please note that drivers are unable to carry items inside your home.

All deliveries include tracking, so you can follow your order's journey and know when to expect its arrival.
