At Trends Rugs, we’re committed to offering you the best value on our entire range. If you find the same rug offered at a lower price by another Australian retailer, we’ll match it.

What We Match

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:

  • The product must be identical in brand, size, colour, design, material, and condition.

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch from both Trends Rugs and the competitor.

  • The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with an active ABN and GST registration.

  • The total price, including delivery fees, must be lower than ours and publicly advertised.

  • The item must be available for delivery to your location.

What We Don’t Match

The following are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale stock

  • Online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Catch, Kogan, etc.) or third-party resellers

  • Wholesale, trade, or commercial pricing

  • Listings with pricing errors or temporary promotional offers

  • Products that are on backorder, pre-order, or unavailable for immediate shipment

  • Bundle deals, free gifts, or multi-buy promotions

  • Any Item that requires custom alterations, modifications, custom sizing, or overlocking requested by the purchaser. 

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match before placing your order, please contact us and provide the following:

  1. Email us your name and contact details

  2. A direct link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price

  3. Confirmation that the product is in stock and ready to ship

  4. Your delivery address (so we can verify total delivered cost)

Our team will review and confirm your request. If approved, we’ll process your order at the matched price. 

Additional Information

  • Price match requests must be submitted before purchase.

  • Only one price match per product per customer.

  • Not valid in combination with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.

  • Trends Rugs reserves the right to verify the competitor’s offer and reject unqualified claims.
